Friendship Space

If you’ve been craving real connection — a place where you can show up authentically, breathe deeply, and feel supported — Friendship Space was created for you.

This isn’t just another group. It’s a healing-centered community facilitated by licensed therapists, where we come together to grow, reflect, and care for ourselves and one another.

Here, you’ll find people who understand what it means to stretch through discomfort, to heal in safe company, and to rediscover joy through authentic connection.

What You’ll Experience

  • Virtual Support Circles— Guided sessions where you can reflect, share, and receive support in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
  • Healing Events & Experiences— From sound baths on the beach to guided breathwork and tapping sessions, these gatherings help you reconnect with your body and spirit.
  • Joyful Gatherings— Friendsgiving picnics, karaoke nights, and creative expression events that celebrate laughter, rest, and belonging.
  • WhatsApp Support Community— Stay connected between events with weekly check-ins, mindful prompts, and uplifting messages from fellow members and facilitators.

How to Join Friendship Space

It’s free to join Friendship Space! Some experiences may include a small activity cost, but the heart of this community — connection, reflection, and support — is always open to you.

If you’re interested in joining, please complete our brief application below. Once received, someone from our team will reach out to welcome you and guide you through the next steps.
